Reservations made in advance require full payment:

A Security Deposit is required on cabin rentals.

Cabins are furnished. Cable and WI-FI are provided at no extra charge.

Extended Stay: An electrical deposit is required. Your meter will be read at check-in and again each 28 days.

Extended stay RV sites require an electrical deposit based on unit 30/50 amp usage.

Cable TV and WI-FI is provided at no extra charge. Two guests per RV; each extra guest is $3.00/night. Parking is provided for one car.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations require a 72 hour notice to receive a refund less a $10.00 cancellation fee. Early departures for any reason are not eligible for a refund.
Holiday and Special Events must be cancelled two weeks prior to arrival to receive a refund less a $10.00 cancellation fee. Absolutely No Refunds or vouchers will be issued after that time.
Rallies must be cancelled 30 days prior to arrival to receive a refund less a $10.00 cancellation fee.

***In the event of a hurricane evacuation, or any other natural disaster, or act of God related evacuation by a City, County, State or Federally issued MANDATORY evacuation, Only Camping Vouchers, No refunds will be issued.
