A Security Deposit of
$200.00 cash and a credit card number is
required at check-in.
Cabins are furnished.
A checklist is completed upon arrival and at
the end of your stay. Any missing
items will be charged to your credit card or
cash deposit.
Monthly: Your meter
will be read at check-in and again each
month. You will be responsible for
your electric bill. Upon departure,
your meter will be read and your final bill
will be charged to your credit card number
or deducted from your cash deposit.
Cable included at each RV
site at no extra charge. 2 guests per RV;
each extra guest is $2.00 per guest per
night. Parking is allowed for one car; extra
parking available for a fee (see
management).
*Monthly guests, pay 3
months in advance and receive a 10%
discount.
Example: $399.00 monthly rent x 3 months =
$1,197.00
10% discount = Savings of $
119.70, so you pay $ 1,077.30
